The company FELSS looks back on a hundred-year company history, which makes it a very competent partner when it comes to the subject of Metal forming techniques. The key expertise lies in the area of cold forming of longitudinal, axis-oriented work pieces, in particular tubular components, by means of a rotary swaging procedure.
Although the rotary swaging process has a very long industrial a tradition, the development of the process has never stood still. Repeatedly, through innovation and our technical expertise, we have been able to successfully develop and further strength the product program and engineering process.

FELSS Burger develops and builds fully automated and highly flexible production systems for the manufacturing industry. The emphasis is on metal forming, bending and assembly processes. Often all of the processes are combined in a single system – A number of our solutions are patented and unique to FELSS Burger.

Rotaform is the leading component manufacturer in the area of the cold forming of tubes and rods. The rotary swaging process is recognized by the automotive supplier industry as a special discipline.
