We often face difficult conditions for example high temperature applications or maximum loads. Also challenging processes like handling of flexible hoses, complex inline inspection and various assembly operations are integrated.
Therefore our systems combine different tasks and manufacturing steps: For example End forming Systems combine peeling, chamfering, forming and measuring of tubes. Beyond this we build systems for the production of tube - hose combinations. In addition to the FELSS Burger standard systems we offer automatic feeders, inspection systems, sorting systems and automations to give cost saving advantages to our customers.
Within the field “Fluid handling” we offer our customers a 'Development service'. You present us your finished product and we develop a system to give you the most efficient manufacturing solution.
Additional “Fluid handling” gives our customers the possibility of 'Simultaneous engineering'. Together we harmonise your product and our production technology perfectly to one another. The results are optimised processes with reduced piece costs.
